PAUL CROFT

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Paul joined Infinity Investment Group in 2009 as Chief Financial Officer and was promoted to General Manager in July 2013. In November 2014 Paul was appointed Managing Director to oversee the transition period for the company following the death of Bob Robertson. On 19 October 2016, Paul appointed an independent board to take over governance of the company while Paul continues to focus on the business and his role as CEO.

Prior to joining Infinity, Paul was based in London where he was Assistant Portfolio Manager for UBS Global Asset Management, managing the UBS (Lux) Euro Value Added Real Estate Fund. Paul has held a number of financial management roles at UBS, including financial controller for the Real Estate – Euro Core Fund, and was senior fund accountant for UBS’ flagship UK fund (UBS Triton Property Fund), which managed commercial properties worth over £1.5 billion.

During Paul’s time in London he also worked for the John Laing Group where he was Project Accountant in their Public Private Partnership team. In addition to this, Paul worked in the corporate and property accounting teams at Henderson Global Investors, at the time a subsidiary of the AMP Group.

Paul has over 20 years experience in the property and finance industry and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and a Graduate Diploma in Finance. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an Investment Management certificate.  In his spare time he enjoys going to the gym, watching sport and spending time with his family.

PATRICK WASER

GROUP SALES MANAGER

Originally from Sweden, Patrick has lived and worked in several countries and can speak several languages fluently. He has had many years’ experiences in commercial business brokering in the North Island and has owned and operated large hospitality projects which have involved major construction and renovation.

Patrick joined Infinity in 2006 and since then he has set up the sales and marketing operations within several subdivisions and has overseen residential sales revenue of over $400m. He has also managed the construction of a number of residential houses in current and completed Infinity subdivisions.

With having well-rounded experience, Patrick understands both his clients and Infinity Investment Groups business needs. Bringing those needs together has resulted in a thorough understanding to ensure successful results in sales.

Patrick prides himself in developing lasting partnerships and ensures his involvement does not cease at the signing of a contract. He takes great satisfaction in being available to clients throughout the sales process. Patrick is based in Wanaka and loves engaging with a range of outdoor adventure activities.

Jerome O'Sullivan team photo

JEROME O'SULLIVAN

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – COMMERCIAL

Since graduating with a Bachelor of Property degree from Auckland University, Jerome has spent 25 years building a career in corporate real estate. He has held senior property positions in Telecom, Telco Asset Management and Progressive Enterprises. As such he has a diverse working background that covers telecommunications, consultancy and fast moving consumer goods environments.

In his last role he acted, for 13 years, as Harvey Norman’s National Development and Asset Manager, where he was directly responsible for running their New Zealand based property business. This included managing and growing one of the largest retailer owned and leased portfolios in the country. In this role he also uniquely acted in both a landlord and tenant capacity across a range of mixed use types including: office, industrial, retail, residential and agriculture. The latter of which he still has a family involvement with dairy farming in coastal Taranaki.

During his career Jerome has developed a broad and comprehensive range of skills that are a prerequisite for successfully handling all phases of the property life cycle, spanning the acquisition – development – management and disposal of real estate. As a result he has been involved with and has successfully negotiated a diverse range of projects.

Jerome is an avid outdoors enthusiast who has a particular interest in alpine skiing.

Rebecca Donaldson team photo

REBECCA DONALDSON

HEAD ACCOUNTANT

Rebecca joined Infinity in 2003 after graduating from Otago University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting. Rebecca started as an Accountant and heads our accounting and IT across all our businesses. 

Over the last 18 years Rebecca has gained significant experience across accounting for a broad spectrum of Infinity’s businesses including property development, farming, tourism.   In addition to Rebecca’s main function of accounting and tax she also has day to day management across our banking and investor relationships along with their Quantity Surveyors reporting monthly on property development funding. 

Rebecca manages all accounting and finance reporting, as well as cashflow management to the Board of Directors and CEO.  Rebecca also prepares Infinity’s audited consolidated annual accounts for PWC.

Rebecca is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants. In her spare time Rebecca enjoys skiing, dancing and family holidays.

KIRSTY ALEXANDER

EA TO CEO | OFFICE & HR MANAGER

Kirsty joined Infinity in 2006 and has key functions within the Infinity team as Executive Assistant to the CEO, and Office and HR Manager.  Kirsty has a key role in communicating and reporting between the Board of Directors, CEO and the various companies and staff that Infinity employs.  Kirsty has a wealth of property and commercial knowledge and coordinates, manages and assists in adhoc projects that are required for the Chairman and CEO. 

Kirsty moved to New Zealand in 2005 from England and brought with her a wealth of corporate experience and knowledge from senior positions held at AMTRAK UK where she transitioned the move of the head office and moved onto the role of Facilities Manager in charge of procurement, insurance and leasing.  At GKN Westland where she set up a new head office for over 250 engineers and was Personal Assistant to the CEO and HR Director.

During her 25+ years’ experience Kirsty has streamlined processes, set up new offices, and lead recruitment initiatives as well as being responsible for Corporate Governance.

Along with a keen interest in motorsport, Kirsty also enjoys time on the golf course and pilates.
