harvey norman coming to ravenswood central

It’s fantastic to see another iconic brand joining the Ravenswood Central commercial precinct.
The store will have the whole suite of Harvey Norman departments including electrical, computers, small appliances, bedding and furniture.
To have such a well-known retailer come to our part of the Waimakariri District shows how desirable Ravenswood Central has become, and yes, there will more exciting announcements coming soon, so watch this space.

The new Harvey Norman will be located on Garlick Street and they will confirm soon when construction will begin.
ravenswood central retail park earthworks have begun

We have broken ground on ‘Lot 14’ (next door to New World), so that means Ravenswood Central Retail Park build has now officially begun.
The lucky tenants of ‘Lot 14’ include: Joe’s Garage, Coffee Club, as well as Sushi, Thai, Indian and Chinese restaurants.
This is fantastic for local residents and the wider community – we’re thrilled to see our plans starting to become reality.
Completion is scheduled for May 2023.
yaldhurst park stage 6

The last stage of our residential development in Yaldhurst Park (Christchurch) is nearing completion with all sections sold and builders starting to move in. This has been a very successful Infinity project since it began, our next focus is to construct the retail precinct.
Ravenswood progress

Our last stage of Ravenswood is now for sale (Stage 6) and Stage 4 is in full construction mode with the earthworks progressing well. The commercial and retail precinct is also in full swing with construction due to start this year and some great brands joining the Ravenswood area.

Ravenswood Developments Ltd picked up a Merit Award for the Ravenswood development in North Canterbury at the latest New Zealand Property Awards. Jenny Lake (Sales Manager), Paul Croft (GM), and Mark Tammett (Project Manager) were at the Awards night to celebrate the win.

Earthworks for the new Ravenswood New World supermarket in North Canterbury have started. Machinery is now on site and ground has been broken. It is expected to be around a 12 month build, but once it's open in 2021 it will provide convenience for residents and jobs.
First show home opens in Ravenswood

The first show home at Ravenswood opened today. This has been built by GJ Gardner. Opening hours are 12pm-4pm Wednesday-Sunday. When completed the show home village will have 14 show homes from leading Canterbury home builders.
FIRST NEW RESIDENTS MOVE INTO RAVENSWOOD, NORTH CANTERBURY

Titles for the commercial and light industrial lots in the 13 hectare commercial precinct were issued in June 2018. BP is well down the track with construction of a BP Connect service station and Wild Bean Café and opening is scheduled for 22nd August 2018.

Construction of 93 new residential sections in Stage 1a at Ravenswood in North Canterbury is all set to begin later this month following the confirmation of project funding from the BNZ. General Manager of Ravenswood Developments, Paul Croft, said the company had reviewed a committed term sheet from the BNZ this week and the preferred tenderer for the civil works will be announced shortly.

Infinity Investment Group Holdings Limited today announced the appointment of three new independent directors to its board. Joining the board are Mark Russell, Andrew Evans, and Tony Sycamore. Mark Russell has been appointed Chair. Managing director, Paul Croft, has resigned from the board and focusing on his role as CEO.

New sections at Riverside Park go to Community Housing Trust

Twelve new sections at Riverside Park in Albert Town have been gifted to the Queenstown Lakes Community Housing Trust by Riverside Park developer, Infinity Investment Group. One of these sections was gifted in March 2010 and the final eleven will now be added to the Queenstown Lakes Community Housing Trust’s affordable housing stock in Wanaka.This is in addition to the six sections at Infinity’s Peninsula Bay development that were given to the Trust previously.
Bob Robertson wins posthumous award

The Property Council of New Zealand's inaugural South Island awards winners were announced in a spectacular sold-out event in Christchurch on Friday 20th November 2015. The Southern Excellence Awards recognised seven category winners and included the posthumous Prendos Property Industry 'Associate of the Year Award' which went to Bob Robertson from Infinity Investment Group, who passed away unexpectedly last year. According to the judges "Mr Robertson's death leaves a lasting and influential contribution to the property development industry. Bob Robertson and his wife founded Infinity Investment Group in 1999 and built a highly successful company within 15 years. Mr Robertson's emphasis on building communities whilst creating attractive, profitable and sustainable developments will ensure he is remembered as one of the Southern men who made a real difference".

The Marina Terrace Apartments development on the Wanaka lakefront has been sold by Infinity Investment Group. The new owner is Wanaka based Multiplied Investment Partners headed up by Matt Tuck. The property was sold by Bas Smith from Ray White Queenstown in conjunction with First National Wanaka. Matt Tuck, managing partner of Multiplied Investment Partners, said he and his project team were looking forward to taking the Marina Terrace Apartments development to fruition. “We’ll be completing the last remaining part of the Wanaka CBD waterfront which is great for Wanaka. Our team is very experienced in property development and we have the capital backing to complete the project,” Matt Tuck said. “We’re excited to be taking over this $85million project and will be concentrating on delivering a fantastic apartment development that everyone in Wanaka can be proud of,” Matt Tuck said.
